Center-G Solutions Bulk Import Dictionary Scripts automate the manual process of administering Dictionary Data for Avaya Call Management System (CMS). The Bulk Import Scripts from Center-‐G Solutions are Visual Basic programs that run as interactive scripts in Avaya Call Management System. The scripts allow CMS Dictionary data to be loaded from a field delimited flat text file. The available script support the addition of CMS Dictionary Data for Agent Login IDs, Split/Skills, Vectors, Vector Directory Numbers (VDNs) and Trunk Groups. | ||
